Highly recommended and good value! From start to finish, Chris and the team were professional, efficient and friendly. As things went well, they ended up doing more than the minimum their quote had promised. They were happy to do the difficult and technical parts (felling large dead trees leaning in awkward directions) with minimal damage to the garden. And they were happy doing the boring jobs (felling overgrown laurel). They were also open to requests to put the felled timber to good use, to mill it for planks and cut trunks for garden furniture. And they cleared everything to leave the garden tidy. I’ll be asking them back for more work soon!

This company was firstly very accommodating when scheduling the job around our schedule and on the day were punctual, knowledgeable and managed to work in an awkward place without complaint or issue. Having used ARB-Sense several times I’ve never been less than impressed! Working above and beyond expectations, polite and friendly, extremely professional.

Chris and Dave were brilliant, felling an ash with die-back and grinding out the stump, reducing a fig tree and tidying up a fir tree for us. They were courteous and efficient, leaving our garden tidy when they had finished. We’d definitely use them again, and would recommend their services.

Arb-Sense Ltd Chris Hemming and his men did a fantastic job of felling an Ash tree and shaping and reducing the height of a huge Sycamore all within the guidelines of a successful Planning Application. Nothing was too much trouble and the site was left in an immaculate condition. Well done – definitely 5 stars!

What a Pleasure to know this team it is a pleasure and a relief to know Chris and his team – we found them three years ago when Jason headed up the business. They have taken down over a dozen trees on our property and the last lot were 40′ confiers which had been planted in the wrong place!!! The team are always smiling, always happy to do what we want, advise and discuss every aspect of every job and are very competitive on price. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

These guys are awesome! They removed a tree for us this week, they were friendly, professional and even stacked the wood neatly in the garage for us! They left our garden spotless and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend!

A brilliant company to do business with. From start to finish of job dealing with this business was a total pleasure. I had bought a home with an old country farm hedge that had not been well maintained and had trees with dieback interfering with overhead wires. At the survey I had all my options clearly explained to me and then received a clear precise very competitive quote. Once accepted I was kept fully informed of the date , time and equipment to be used on the job. My wife was present during the work and used the following words to describe the experience: wonderful, polite, well mannered workers who went above and beyond what was expected to provide an outstanding excellent job. I have to say she was right. I totally would recommend Arb-Sense Ltd to anyone having tree or hedge work done and will use them again.

Outstanding tree surgery service Arb-Sense Ltd undertook two days of tree surgery at our home in North Cornwall, where we have a good number of mature trees of several species. It was tricky work, that required two men, the use of a cherry-picker on a main road to deal with over-hanging branches and woring close to a domestic power supply line. Chris and Jason were very professional, very competent and safe in their working practices. They were also a delight to have around: nothing was too much trouble, they were flexible in agreeing with us where to leave chippings and logs. They even came for a couple of hours before the main work to remove a large hanging branch, including it in the contract price. They completed all the work they quoted for within the time estimnated and for the price quoted. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Arb-Sense Ltd, and will be using them again in future.

Brilliant Tree Surgery These guys are great. They were totally professional, ensuring I was safe, compliant and happy. They left my site and trees totally tidy, I am delighted with the result. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Great bunch of guys and fantastic tree surgeons. The guys have been helping me clear my acre of overgrown garden for 4 years now and have always worked extremely hard, sometimes under very difficult conditions, but they always get the job done. They are willing to do any job requested, from taking down a 90+ft cedar tree and eradicating rampant Laurel, to putting up bat boxes and a tree swing. Their limitless talents extend to cutting discs for a garden path, making planks from a trunk and also making a bench. As a client, I cannot fault their work ethic, safety, politeness and attention to detail and they will be helping me for many years to come.

Highly recommended From the initial consultation and advice to actually doing the work, Jason and his team provided an excellent service. The work was done on time for the price quoted with no fuss or mess. I’m very impressed with how tidy they left my garden. I couldn’t take time off work to keep an eye on what was being done but it wasn’t a problem with these guys. Taming the wilderness near St Austell Jason has been a regular at my property for 2 years now, slowly cutting away years of neglect. He and his team are always helpful, courteous, extremely hard working and willing to accommodate any ideas no matter how unusual.They have trimmed, reduced, cut down, logged and planked trees for me, from trimming Laurel shrubs to taking down a large Cedar. All done efficiently, clearing up and taking away the debris. The only requirement to keep up their energy levels being an occasional coffee and tea. They are booked in again over the summer for further taming and will always be my first call for tree work.Thank you Jason, Nicky, Chris and the rest of the boys for all your help and hard work.

Outstanding and very courteous service From the start I felt at ease. This company was very courteous and professional throughout the whole process.I showed them what I wanted doing and they just got on with it. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were – it was a hot day but they never wavered. After four hours the job was done. PRUNING & RESHAPING OAK TREE A neighbour asked me to have an oak tree in my garden pruned back because it was heavily shading her property. At some time in the past the tree had been unsympathetically pruned.The two men from Jason Bellenger did a good job reshaping and reducing the tree. My neighbour told me afterwards how pleased she was with the result.After each days work the men did a thorough job tidying up and were very professional.I would be happy to use them again.

Called because a tree had fallen onto the phone line running to my house, which was in danger of breaking the cable causing the tree to fall onto the front porch. Today Jason and crew have done an excellent job taking an Ash tree down and grinding out the stumps in our garden. Access wasn’t easy but the work and attitude were superb. Totally recommend these guys.

Private tree work in St Austell. Jason came to assess our rather tall trees after we had just moved into our property and identified 3 that had to come down. One was already damaged so was strapped to avoid it coming down but in the subsequent high winds it started to move…. Jason’s guys came out the very next morning and took out the damaged bit. As originally agreed the rest were taken out a few weeks later. Everyone worked very hard. Everything was kept clean and tidy and the logs that we wanted to keep were stacked neatly. No other plants were damaged in the process. The work took three days and it was a pleasure to have them all here. There is more maintainance work to be done in the autumn which Jason and his team will carry out. We can highly recommend and their work was faultless. We are extremely pleased with the result. Impressed enough to write a review. I’m not often moved to write a review but when someone does a job, not only very competently, but with an ease and great attitude I feel it’s worth mentioning.Jason and his crew removed an Ash tree that was close to my neighbors property and ground the stump out so its existence seems hard to believe. Our site isn’t the easiest to access but that seems no bother to these pro’s. Only number I’ll be ringing in the future! Oh and he brings his own tea bags!

Brilliant Job, expertly done :Jason Bellinger Tree Surgery are truly a team of experts with excellent knowledge and advice. We are highly delighted with the work carried out at our house including coppicing of three large sycamores and complete removal of a fourth. All work carried out exactly as promised with nothing too much trouble including removal of all debris and very thorough cleaning up afterwards and we also have some saw logs for our wood stove.
